Great news! Housatonic Habitat for Humanity has two homes available for aspiring homeowners!
One is in the heart of Danbury, and the other is in the beautiful New Preston. If you’re looking for an
affordable place to call home, this could be your opportunity!

To qualify for a Habitat home, candidates must meet the following criteria:
● First-time homebuyer
● Employed for at least 2 years
● Good repayment history
● Credit score of 660 or higher
● Household minimum income of $60,000+

Attention Veterans! In addition to these homes, we’re excited to announce a special collaboration
build just for you! We are searching for a disabled veteran or a veteran with a family member who
has a disability. This unique partnership allows us to customize a home with ADA modifications to
meet the specific needs of the homeowner. Our design team is ready to start customizing now, and
we’re eager to identify a homeowner for this project immediately!
