According to WTNH (News 8) website, Governor Dannel Malloy has told state lawmakers that the state Department of Social Services will now delay implementation of the cuts to the Medicare Savings program until July 1st.
The State of Connecticut offers financial assistance to eligible Medicare enrollees through the ‘Medicare Savings Programs.’ These programs may help pay Medicare Part B premiums, deductibles and co-insurance.
