A low impact aerobic fitness class that is great for cardiovascular health. Strength training and abdominal work are added to this class for a total body workout. A chair and weights are needed. Open to those age 60 plus. You must be a member of the Elmwood Hall – Danbury Senior Center. Membership is free. Email Susan Tomanio for more information and to sign up.
