Join us to learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, and use hands-on tools to help you incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging.
The Happy Feet program includes a thorough foot exam and toe nail clippings by Dr. Richard Gosnay, a local podiatrist. Cost is $5. Please call Elmwood Hall in advance to set up an appointment.
