The YMCA’s Diabetes Prevention Program is a yearlong program that provides group support, accountability and education to help make lifestyle changes to prevent Type 2 Diabetes. Those who qualify for the year long program might be eligible for a grant to cover the cost of the program. New class is forming October 22. If you are interesting in finding out if you qualify for this program, please come to this information meeting. Call the Senior Center for more information. This program is taught by the Regional YMCA of Western CT and held at Elmwood Hall Danbury Senior Center.
