Walking is the easiest and safest exercise. Grab your sneakers and join our walking club.
Beginning on Monday, January 3, 2022 we will meet at the Danbury Fair Mall (parking lot in front by LL Bean/Cheesecake Factory area) for 9:00am and continue our walking program inside the Mall. We have been so fortunate to have been outdoors as long as we have, however, it is time to move indoors. Masks will be required. Should you ever have a conflict, please remember to give Michelle a call or send a text to 203-731-9903.
The original concept of Zumba combines a dance workout with a party-like atmosphere. Zumba Gold takes the popular Latin-dance inspired workout of Zumba and makes it accessible for seniors, beginners or others needing modification in their exercise routine. Zumba Gold builds cardiovascular health by challenging the heart and working the muscles of the hips, legs and arms with dance moves. Cost is $2.

A favorite club at the center, members knit and crochet for pleasure and for various local charities. They share patterns, yarn, and conversation, and support each other when trying something new.
Open to those age 60 plus. You must be a member of the Elmwood Hall – Danbury Senior Center. Membership is free.
