Herstory Theatre presents Kate Leary and Mark Twain.
Meet the irrepressible Katy Leary who served as the Clemen’s family maid from 1880-1910. Herstory Theatre’s performance is based on Leary’s memoir, A Lifetime with Mark Twain.
Buffet style luncheon provided by, Two Steps Downtown Grille/Ciao Catering & Events.

Annual Indoor Spring Tag Sale to benefit the Danbury Museum and Historical Society. The dates of the tag sale are Thursday, April 2, Friday, April 3, and Saturday, April 4 from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
If you have any items for donation, they can be dropped off at the museum during the month of March, Wednesdays through Saturdays from 10:00am to 4:00pm.

CHOICES Counselor Training begins at Elmwood Hall, Danbury Senior Center on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 with a mandatory training session from 9:00am to 12 noon. The 5 day training sessions will follow on the following Tuesdays from 9:00am to 3:00pm: May 5, 12, 19, 26 and June 2. Please call in advance to register, 203-797-4686.
Elmwood Hall, Danbury Senior Center and local author Andrea Zimmermann will host a morning of fun and conversation about the Danbury Fair on March 19, 2015 from 9:00am to 1:00pm
Attendees are invited to share memories, bring photos and Danbury Fair memorabilia. Andrea is writing a book about the history of the Danbury Fair. She welcomes your input and local stories. Please come and share everything you know and remember about the fair. She would greatly appreciate it.
9:00 – General discussion and sharing of memorabilia, open to ALL
11:15 Break
11:40 – This session is for any one who sold goods, worked at food concession, worked for Leahy or any capacity at the fair.
12:05 – This session is for any one who performed at the fair: musicians, dancers, actors, etc. Miss Danbury
12:30 – This session is for any one who knew Arlene Yaple, Peter Reilly or C. Irving Jarvis
12:50 – This session is for Race arena fans and drivers
