A native of Sleepy Hollow, NY, Schuyler grew up wandering the same hills as the legendary Headless Horseman and listening to tales about the early Dutch settlers. It was only natural she become a storyteller! Schuyler has a special love of traditional American folktales, Women’s Stories, stories that celebrate the natural world and tales of magic. She also enjoys developing and sharing true life stories that uplift and amuse. As a certified Therapeutic Recreation Director Schuyler has developed a day long storytelling workshop for health care professionals and dementia practitioners. She also facilitates an up-lifting healing storytelling retreat for women.
