Waitlist applications will be accepted March 3rd-6th, 2025, between the hours of 8am-4pm at the property located at 51 Main St., Danbury, CT 06810. The waitlist is for the government subsidized one (1) bedroom suites for seniors (62+) and disabled individuals and two bedroom units. All individuals must qualify by family size, income, credit history and other screening criteria. Rent is based upon income. Heat, hot water and electricity are included in rent for one bedroom units only. No applications will be accepted after 4pm on March 6th, 2024 at which time the waitlists for the aforementioned lists will close.
