Recently, an article written by Kendra Baker, appeared in the Danbury News-Times to help bring awareness to Danbury’s Fair Rent Commission. The commission was created for the purpose of maintaining reasonable rental rates and eliminating excessive rental charges on residential properties within the City of Danbury. The Fair Rent Commission will investigate and act on complaints, inquiries, and other communications concerning alleged excessive rental charges in housing accommodations in Danbury.
